Tustin Avenue Retail

Optima RPM completed the development of the Tustin Avenue Retail center, including a gas station facility, retail tenant improvements, and drive-thru commercial spaces within a multi-building retail environment. The project included site development, structural construction, utility coordination, concrete work, paving, striping, pedestrian access improvements, and full retail buildouts with framing, drywall, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The project required coordinated execution across multiple trades and operational components to support both retail and fuel service operations within an active commercial corridor.
