Optima RPM delivered the first rooftop Fogo de Chão concept in downtown Seattle within the Wright Runstad Building development. The project included both the ground-floor restaurant and a rooftop dining venue on the 10th floor, requiring complex crane operations, structural coordination, and detailed logistics planning within an active urban environment.
