Optima RPM completed a full interior remodel of Gulfstream in Newport Beach while the restaurant remained fully operational throughout construction. The project required detailed night-work scheduling, daily protection and cleanup procedures, and careful operational coordination to ensure guests experienced minimal disruption during business hours. Scope included upgraded finishes, framing, drywall, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical improvements executed within an active high-end hospitality environment.
