Hungry Angelina Restaurant

Optima RPM completed the construction of Hungry Angelina in Long Beach, delivering a modern dining environment for the innovative plant-based restaurant concept created by renowned chef Matthew Kenney. Located within the 2nd & PCH development, the project supported the brand’s vision of offering elevated vegan cuisine in a contemporary hospitality setting. The completed space was designed to provide a unique guest experience while reflecting the restaurant’s focus on creativity, wellness, and modern dining.
